Microsoft Authenticator not working on school account

i had Microsoft authenticator enabled for my school account, but then suddenly it doesn't give me notification regarding code which prevents me from logging in to my school account.

Issue with Authenticator

I Got a new phone, and every time I try to log-in on the Authenticator app it says that I need to put en the code on my old device. Therefore I can’t use the Authenticator app to access my school mail.
