Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Good day @Johannes Christian Marvel Yefrianto and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing.
If you’re no longer receiving the verification code or push notifications from Microsoft Authenticator, in most cases the best course of action is to contact your school’s Microsoft 365 administrator.
Please ask your administrator to follow the steps in this guide to revoke existing MFA sessions and require re-registration: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID |… This process usually only takes a couple of minutes.
Once completed, all previous sign-in sessions will be cleared. The next time you sign in, you’ll be prompted to set up Microsoft Authenticator from scratch, and you should start receiving the verification codes normally again. If needed, you may also want to ask them to add an additional authentication method (such as SMS or email) as a backup for future access.
If you’re not sure who your Microsoft 365 administrator is, this article can help you identify the right contact at your school: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
Please also note that this is a user-to-user support forum. I don’t have access to administrative tools or permissions to reset or modify MFA for your account, especially since it’s an account managed by your school. Only the authorized Microsoft 365 admin at your institution will be able to make these changes.
I truly hope this helps point you in the right direction and allows you to regain access to your account as soon as possible.
