Outlook.com Inbox empty!
Hello,
Yesterday my outlook.com email inbox got empty all of sudden without any action I made myself.
I have tried multiple devices, browsers, web, desktop and mobile version with no success.
Other folders works properly, no filters are set, no rules are set, messages are not moved to another folder or archived or deleted to trash (or even "Recover items deleted").
New received emails shows properly in inbox.
Storage management shows 4.8GB space for Inbox but zero messages!
Sometimes I can find messages from inbox using search box (instant results, but not search results).
I have an active Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. 6.9GB out of 100GB (6%) used.
I cannot find any way to fix the problem or even contact support.
Any advice is much appreciated.

Open Outlook on the web, click Help, type “missing emails inbox”, press Enter, then scroll to the bottom and select “Still need help?” and choose chat with an agent while signed in. If it does not show, go to account.microsoft.com, open Services and subscriptions, select your Microsoft 365 plan, and click Get support. This is the only way to reach support so they can run a mailbox repair and reindex your Inbox.
