单个刻度表示 1000 万秒或 1,000 万秒。 每秒有 10,000 个时钟周期（见 TicksPerMillisecond）和 1000 万滴答声。

此属性的值表示公历中自 12：00：00：00 午夜 12：00：00 以来经过的 100 纳秒间隔数，表示公 MinValue历。 它不包括可归因于跳秒的时钟周期数。 如果 DateTime 对象的属性 Kind 设置为 Local，则其刻度表示当前时区设置指定的本地时间自 12：00：00：00 午夜以来的已用时间。 DateTime如果该对象的属性Kind设置为Utc，则其时钟周期表示自协调世界时 1 月 1 日午夜 12：00：00 以来经过的时间。 DateTime如果对象的属性Kind设置为Unspecified，则其刻度表示在未知时区中自 12：00：00：00 午夜以来经过的时间。

一般情况下，时钟周期根据属性指定的 Kind 时区表示时间。
