NetworkRuleAction type

The default action when no rule from ipRules and from virtualNetworkRules match. This is only used after the bypass property has been evaluated.
KnownNetworkRuleAction can be used interchangeably with NetworkRuleAction, this enum contains the known values that the service supports.
