Please kindly advise if there is any alternative for a OS X 10.10.5 mac user to download SSMS.
it is saying "You can’t open the application “SSMS-Setup-ENU (1).exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on OS X."

ADS is now retired, and the suggested successor is an MS SQL extension for VS Code — since I don't like mixing up my work on code and data, I've created a dedicated SQL client: Jam SQL Studio

I have tried to download Azure Data Studio for macOS but it says "You have OS X 10.10.5. The application requires OS X 10.11 or later."

Hi, sorry for not noticing the OS version, but There are no other tools that can help you at this time, unless you upgrade your version. There may be other tools that do the same thing, but these are not part of Microsoft
Mac OS X is not one of the supported operating systems listed under SSMS System Requirements. Instead of SSMS, consider using Azure Data Studio (ADS), which is a cross-platform SQL Server tool that runs on MacOS and Linux as well as Windows.
