I 'll get a very low accuracy（about 3%）
This is not the case with CPU（about 88%）
with RTX 3070ti

I'm having the same problem and searching the internet.
I'm doing image classification with RTX 3080 TI and I'm having the same problem.
I think it's probably blocked by NVIDIA's LHR policy.
