Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Kindly follow the guide on the official Microsoft website to investigate and locate the charges from Microsoft on this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you're able to find the transactions and if one of them happens to be a forgotten subscription renewal, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

You may also try contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance in tracking the transactions:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

If you and the Support Team are unable to find the transactions in all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly to dispute it, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered fraudulent charges.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Take these steps immediately to understand and address the $750 Microsoft-labeled charge:

    1. Check what the charge is for
      1. Go to the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard while signed in with any Microsoft account that might be using this card.
      2. On that page, select “Investigate” next to the unrecognized charge. This walks through common causes such as:
        • A Microsoft subscription with recurring billing enabled.
        • A purchase made by a family member using the same card.
        • A previously declined charge that was processed later.
        • A pre-order or split order that has just shipped.
        • An in-app or game purchase.
      3. Also review your Order history to see if there is any matching order with status Completed or Redeemed and an amount close to $750.
    2. Confirm it is not a Microsoft Store hardware or digital order
      • In order history, look for:
        • Hardware (PC, console, accessories) orders that may have been shipped; these are charged when the order is sent to the warehouse.
        • Digital downloads, which are charged immediately after purchase.
      • If you see a pre-order, check whether it has just released; pre-orders are charged around release time.
    3. If the charge is not yours or you cannot find it
      1. Use the Investigate flow on the Manage your payments page to classify the charge as unrecognized.
      2. If there is no matching order or subscription in any of your Microsoft accounts, treat it as a potentially fraudulent or unauthorized charge.
      3. Contact Microsoft Support directly for billing help and to check for any account using your card details.
    4. Stop ongoing or future Microsoft charges (if it’s a subscription)
      • If the charge turns out to be a Microsoft subscription you do not want:
        1. Go to Subscriptions for the account where the subscription appears.
        2. Turn off recurring billing or cancel the subscription.
        3. If you believe it was set up without your consent, request a refund using the refund guidance linked from the billing help articles.
    5. If the charge appears fraudulent
      • If neither you nor anyone you know made this purchase and it does not appear in any Microsoft account order history:
        • Contact the card issuer/bank immediately, report the transaction as unauthorized, and follow their process (which may include blocking the card and issuing a new one).
        • Ask the bank to dispute the charge if Microsoft and your own investigation cannot locate a legitimate matching order.
    6. Prevent future unauthorized purchases
      • For Windows 10 devices, require a password for Microsoft Store purchases:
        1. Open the Microsoft Store app.
        2. Select the profile icon > Settings.
        3. Under Purchase sign-in, turn off I want to buy without a password, for faster checkout.
      • Repeat on each shared device to reduce the risk of accidental or unauthorized purchases.
