Can't fix billing issue for Office 365

I keep getting a message that there is a billing issue with my Office 365 subscription. I have updated my billing but the message continues to appear whenever I use Excel or Word.

    Greetings!

    This is Tin, what is the exact error message that you're getting when using your MS Office apps? Have you tried to sign out and sign back in your account to your apps? If not yet, please open MS Word app, click File tab, choose Accounts, then click Sign out. Close the app, and please open it again, then sign in your MS Account with MS Office subscription again. Please check if the issue persists.
