    Hi,

For immediate Microsoft support with OneDrive and Windows sign-in, use the official support channels below. These are the fastest ways to reach a human agent and open a case.

    1. Use the Get Help app on the Windows PC (if it can start)
      1. In the Windows search box, type Get Help and open the app.
      2. In the text box, type a short description such as “OneDrive support remoted in, now I can’t sign in to Windows and can’t use my PC.”
      3. When results appear, scroll down and select Contact support.
      4. Choose the affected product (Windows / OneDrive / Microsoft account).
      5. Confirm the options, then choose:
        • Chat with a support agent in your web browser, or
        • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you (this creates a request number and queues a callback), or
        • Submit a repair request if the issue is hardware-related.
    2. Use the online “Get Help” entry point (personal/home accounts)
      1. Go to the Home Users support page: Get Help.
      2. Describe the problem (include that the PC has been unusable for 4 days after remote support and that previous cases were closed or blocked by limits).
      3. Follow the prompts until the site offers self-help or connects to support.
      4. If available, choose chat or request-a-call so an agent calls back.
    3. If using a Microsoft business account (work account)
      • If the issue is with a business/organization account, contact the organization’s IT or Microsoft 365 admin and ask them to open a support ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Help & support). Phone support options for business may be available from there.
    4. Customer service phone directory (if phone support is available in the region)
      • Open the customer service phone numbers page and select the region/country to see available numbers and options for home or business: Customer service phone numbers.
      • For personal accounts, the primary path is still the Get help button on that page; phone numbers are mainly for certain business scenarios.
    5. If the PC is completely unusable
      • Use another device (phone, tablet, or another PC) to access the Get Help web entry or the Customer service phone numbers page above and request support or a callback.

    When contacting support, provide:

    • That OneDrive support previously remoted into the PC.
    • That the PC has been unusable for 4 days and sign-in is affected.
    • Any case numbers or reference IDs from earlier contacts.
