I have an Exchange Plan 2 account that hosts my domain and mail. I want to move my domain and mail to my 365 for Business account. The suggestions you have offered have not been working. I need to speak with a human being to resolve this, please. What number can I use where I won't be referred to the website and disconnected?

    Hi @Andrew det. Taubman

Thank you for sharing your concerns.

I understand that you are requiring to contact Microsoft Support directly to receive assistance with migrating your domain and email from the Exchange Online Plan 2 subscription to a Microsoft 365 Business account.

Currently, there is no direct public phone number available for 365 Business support that connects you to a live agent without first submitting a support request. The supported way to speak with a human agent is to create a support ticket through the 365 admin center.

Just to clarify, have you already purchased Microsoft 365 Business Standard yet?

If so, you can create a support ticket directly from the Microsoft 365 admin center. Please note that admin privileges are required to submit a support request.

If you are the Microsoft 365 administrator for your organization, sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using your admin account, then navigate to Support > Help & support. Enter your issue and select Contact support to submit the ticket.

For further information, you can refer via: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Once the ticket is created, a support agent will be assigned to assist you. The agent will contact you by phone or email based on the contact details provided in the ticket. Please monitor your phone and email closely to avoid missing any communications.

    I hope this helps.

Please feel free to correct me if I misunderstood your request. If you have any additional concerns, feel free to comment below. I would be more than happy to assist.
