Used up AI Credits and need maximum amount

To speak with Microsoft about a Microsoft 365 subscription and AI credits, use the official customer support channels:

1. Go to the Microsoft support site: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
2. Sign in with the account that owns the subscription.
3. Select Products & services and choose the relevant Microsoft 365 subscription.
4. Choose Manage my subscription (or the closest matching category).
5. Proceed to Get Help / Contact support.
6. Select a contact method:
   • For home subscriptions (Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Premium, Copilot Pro): choose Chat or Call back from a technical support expert.
   • For business/enterprise accounts, an admin can also open a support request from the Microsoft 365 admin center under Help & support and select Phone as the contact method.
