I am the sole Global Administrator, I have lost access to my MFA methods and I am locked out of my tenant.

Hi,

I am the only Global Administrator, I have lost access to my MFA methods and I am locked out of my tenant.

After installing the Autheticator app, the MFA appears to be working, however the sign in to the Azure portal/tenant is blocked or stuck in a loop where I don't receive the MFA prompt on my new phone

Can you help?
