New iphone 16plus and unable to add hotmail address to outlook - It takes me to the authenticator app which doesn't give me the option to verify the number. The icloud backup for my personal account might have not been enabled on the previous device that is why there is an issue adding it then it keeps asking for the code from the previous device. My old device is completely broken and I can't access it due to a weight falling on it
