URGENT: Case (PII Removed) Identity Theft confirmed but Agent disconnected during war zone emergency

I need an urgent escalation to the Global Identity Group (Tier 3).

My account was compromised by hacker ***@igloos.cc. In my last chat (PII Removed), Agent Kingshu explicitly confirmed that the account is currently under a 'Security Lock' to protect my data from the hacker.

However, while I was requesting a supervisor transfer, and while I am in an active war zone under rocket sirens, the agent disconnected the session. This is a severe failure of support protocols.

I have the full HTML transcript of the chat as proof. I am looking for a Microsoft Employee or a Moderator to flag this case for a manual identity verification. Please do not provide automated recovery links as the account is permanently suspended for 'protection'.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

    Based on your description, Microsoft Support has permanently suspended the account as a security measure after determining that recovery is no longer possible, in order to prevent unauthorized use from the hacker.

    Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help or escalate this either.
