Tax invoices are not available in real time. They usually appear within 48 hours up to 5 days after the purchase. Once available, you can download it from the Order details page in your Microsoft account billing history. You can download it directly from your Microsoft account:

• Sign in to your Microsoft account order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
• Adjust the date range to include the purchase date.
• Locate the order (amount, date, or product).
• Click "Tax invoice" next to it.

The invoice will download as a PDF, if it doesn’t appear right away, please check your browser’s downloads folder or history.

To get the payment invoice PDF for a Microsoft 365 subscription, use the Microsoft 365 admin center:

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2024339
2. If using Simplified view: select Products, then View invoices. If using Dashboard view: go to Billing > Bills & payments.
3. If there is more than one billing account, select Change billing account and choose the correct one.
4. In the invoices list, select the invoice needed to view its details.
5. Select Download > Download invoice to get the .PDF copy.

If a copy of each invoice is also needed by email, configure billing notifications and invoice attachments as described in the linked documentation from the same page.
