    Who is your Email Provider for the account?

    Since you have posted in the 365 forum, may I know if you received an error code while sending or receiving?

    What is phone no. for over the phone support?

    Unfortunately, phone support is low priority to Microsoft. This applies to consumer (home use) products. (The situation is different for organization/business products.)

    There is a chat which is available via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus.

    You can ask your peers in the forum for assistance, which is usually quicker. However, we do need some more details.

    Which type of e-mail account do you have? Which version of Outlook are you running? For example, is this the web version (Outlook in your browser)? Or the classic Outlook for Windows? Or the new Outlook app?
