account blocked for 72 hours, last month

i seem to have been blocked for 72 hours, last month. "Your profile name doesn't meet our undefined. To reinstate your commenting ability, edit your profile name." This account is two decades old. I appealed "At your request, we've reviewed your profile picture and reversed the decision to remove it. Your profile picture will be restored shortly. Thank you." i went through the automated recovery. was told they can find nothing wrong with the account associated to the email entered. i have already downloaded firefox, and even asked for advice from copilot...your AI dont like you, want to guess what it said. i would like this resolved before i simply never use your services again....
