Hello !
On your laptop, open any Office app. You should see a window opening, stating "You've got Office !", as seen here
If you do not have any prompt when opening an Office app, open the Microsoft Store on your laptop > click on "Library" in the bottom-left corner of the window > click on "Included with your device".
You should find Microsoft 365 here.
