Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Hello @MUHAMMAD RAFIQIN BIN ROSDIN,The message you’re seeing (“The credential is invalid”) is a sign‑in/authentication issue, and it usually means Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is rejecting the credentials that Teams is trying to use.
Could you please confirm whether the issue occurs in the Teams app or on the Teams web version?
If the issue occurs in the app, sign out of Teams, fully close the application, clear the Teams cache by following this article: Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn, restart the device, and then sign in again.
If the issue occurs on the web, try to sign in using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window, clear your browser cache and cookies, try a different browser, and verify whether you can sign in successfully at https://office.com.
In case all passed have checked but the issue still persists, kindly contact your IT Admin to check if your account still exists in the tenant and licensing status. If none of the steps would help, you will need to ask your IT Admin to create a support ticket on your behalf by following this article: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
