i need help to get my account back

None of the articles work

I use microsoft edge everyday

when i try to recover my account it says "Try entering your Microsoft account again. We don't recognize this one."

To regain access to the Hotmail/Outlook.com account, follow these steps in order:

1. Use the official sign-in helper/recovery tools
   • If the password was forgotten, use the password reset flow: see Reset your password from the "I can't sign in to my Microsoft account" article.
   • If the password is correct but sign-in fails, use the Sign-in Helper tool: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2214157
   • If the account may be hacked or compromised, use the hacked-account troubleshooter: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2196140 (this is the official entry point for compromised accounts).
2. If the username/email is “not recognized” or “account doesn’t exist”
   • Follow the guidance in My username and password have stopped working:
     1. Go to Recover your account: https://account.live.com/password/reset
     2. Enter the Hotmail address, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in.
     3. Choose where to receive a security code, select Next, then Send code.
     4. Enter the code, then set a new password.
   • If the message "We couldn't find an account with that username" continues to appear, use the Sign-in Helper tool mentioned above.
3. If the account was inactive for more than 2 years
   • Outlook.com/Hotmail accounts that have not been signed into for more than two years may be deleted and cannot be reopened. In that case, the account and associated points cannot be recovered.
4. If the account was hacked and security info was changed
   • Use the hacked/compromised account guide: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
   • This process relies on the automated account recovery form. Provide as much accurate information as possible (old passwords, contacts, subject lines, etc.).
   • If the recovery form is repeatedly denied and security info has been replaced by the attacker, the account is considered unrecoverable and support cannot override this.
5. If recovery still fails
   • Use the Help with the Microsoft account recovery form link from the "I can't sign in to my Microsoft account" article to improve the information submitted.
   • If the username still cannot be found after all steps, or the recovery form is not granted, the account cannot be restored.

Note: Points or rewards tied to an account can only be accessed if the underlying Microsoft account is successfully recovered. There is no separate recovery path for points without recovering the account itself.
