I have paid for Microsoft 360 but download has failed 3 times. I need personalized help and not help from other's questions. Is there a person that can help me?

Which specific subscription product did you order? If you have Microsoft 365 Personal, 365 Family, or 365 Premium, you install Office on your PC from your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services.

If you purchased directly from Microsoft, the association between your product and your account would have been created as part of the purchase. Purchasing from a third-party seller may require that you enter a product key at https://setup.office.com (you will be prompted to sign in as part of the process).

To install your product on a PC, make sure that you sign in with the account which is associated with your subscription. After the install has completed, find and start the individual apps via the Start menu.

    Hii ,

Try installing the offline version of Office 365:

    https://officecdn.microsoft.com/db/492350F6-3A01-4F97-B9C0-C7C6DDF67D60/media/en-US/O365HomePremRetail.img

Once the download is complete, disconnect from the network > Right-click > Select "Mount" > Open File Explorer > "My Computer" > Select the Office icon > Right-click > "Open" > Open the Office folder > Locate the setup64.exe file.

Yes. For installation failures and paid Microsoft 365 subscriptions, direct support from Microsoft is available.

    Use one of these options:

    1. Use Microsoft’s online support for Microsoft 365
      • Go to the Microsoft 365/Office install help page and, if the self-help steps do not resolve the issue, select the option to contact Microsoft support.
      • From there, choose Microsoft 365/Office, describe the install/download problem, and select chat or request a call so a support agent can assist.
    2. Use the Get Help app on Windows (if signed in with a Microsoft personal account)
      • Open the Get Help app from the Start menu.
      • Describe the issue (for example, “Microsoft 365 download failed three times”).
      • If troubleshooters do not fix it, select Contact support.
      • Choose the affected product/service and then select either:
        • Chat with a support agent in your web browser, or
        • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you.
    3. If still unresolved, use general Microsoft support/contact options
      • Go to the main Microsoft support contact page and follow the prompts to reach Microsoft 365 & Office billing/technical support, then choose chat or callback.

These paths connect directly to a Microsoft support agent who can look at the specific account and installation situation.
