Business account charged for Teams essential but already am part of 365 family so do not need this

i have been charged for a year subscription for Teams Essential. Details are here

Licences: 1

Primary Tenant Id I CAN PROVIDE THIS

The email address for this account - which i was sent the confirmation to, from Microsoft, I cannot log in with. So i cannot set up an account issue or request a refund for it. This is the second year running to be charged for it.

I do not need Microsoft Team essentials for my very small business as i can use as this as part of my Microsoft 365 family (under a different email address). How can i obtain a refund please. It was bought at the end of February this year. Extremely frustrated as I spent an hour waiting to speak to someone on line and in the end they said i needed to speak to someone in the business account area but as i say i cannot log in with the email address for some reason.
