I tried to turn my computer on and off again, but the small little white strip still persists at the top. Going into settings to toggle around did nothing, as there's no way to get rid of it.User's image

Hello, have you tried resetting Edge to default settings?

    Open Microsoft Edge

Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner

    Go to Settings

In the left panel, click Reset settings

Click Restore settings to their default values

    Confirm by clicking Reset.

    Restart Edge.
