    Hi, PRATIK SHARMA

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, are not allowed to directly interfere with Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited solely to providing technical guidance on reported incidents, requests, or ideas. For most retail versions, the key has to be redeemed to a Microsoft account first, then Office is activated by signing into that same account.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

First, remove the product key from the post so nobody else can misuse it.

Go to microsoft365.com/setup, sign in with a Microsoft account, and enter the 25-character key there. After that, download/install Office from that same account.

If Office is already installed, open Word or Excel and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the redemption. For many newer Microsoft 365/Office installs, signing in is what completes activation.

If the website says the key was already used, do not keep entering it. That usually means the key was already redeemed, so the correct step is to sign in at account.microsoft.com/services and install from there instead.

If redemption keeps failing, it is suggested that you try an InPrivate/private browser window, allow cookies, disable VPN/proxy for the moment, and type the key manually instead of copy/paste.

If the key still does not work, contact the seller for a refund, because blocked or unauthorized keys can stop working.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
