My personal Microsoft account (Gmail) is stuck as a guest (EXT) in an organization [Moderator note: personal info removed]. I cannot leave the organization and do not have admin access. The organization may no longer be active. Please remove my account from that tenant.

I cannot access the Organizations page at all because my personal account is being redirected to a work/school login.

This means I cannot perform self-service leave.

Please confirm if self-service removal is disabled for this tenant and proceed with removing my guest account from your side, as there is no accessible administrator.

I already tried the My Account page, but I cannot sign in with my personal account because it redirects me to a work/school login.

I do not have access to the tenant and cannot reach any Organizations page.

Please confirm if self-service removal is disabled for this tenant, and if so, remove my guest account from the organization [Moderator note: personal info removed] on your side.

I cannot sign in to the generic My Account page with my personal Gmail account.

Please provide the exact tenant ID or tenant domain for OÜ Pinska Woodmill so I can try the tenant-specific My Account URL.

    Hi @MARGUS Ramali OÜ

Based on the information you provided, I understand that your personal Microsoft account (Gmail) is currently stuck as a Guest (EXT) in the organization, and you are unable to leave the organization because you do not have administrator access. Additionally, the organization may no longer be active.

According to my research, when using a personal Microsoft account or an email one-time passcode, leaving an organization must be done through the My Account portal using a URL that includes the tenant name or tenant ID. For example:

    • https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=aaaabbbb-0000-cccc-1111-dddd2222eeee

It is also recommended to open these URLs in a private or incognito browser session.

After signing in, you can navigate to Organizations from the left navigation pane (or select Manage organizations). On the Organizations page, under Other organizations you collaborate with, you should be able to select Leave next to the organization you want to exit and confirm the action.

However, if you attempt to leave the organization and receive a message indicating that this action is not permitted, this means that self-service removal is disabled for that tenant. In this case, the documentation states that you must contact the organization’s administrator or privacy contact to have your guest account removed.

Screenshot showing the message when you need permission to leave an organization. Please refer the following documents:

Leave an organization where you have a guest account

If you try accessing it and are still unable to leave the tenant, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help you further.
