My ads account got suspended immediately after creation

I did provide all the information. Took the picture, showed the identity card, authorized the debit card.

I noticed a message that they tried taking 60 USD from my account even though nothing mentioned I need to have 60 USD on my card.

Then a notification that my account was suspended. I appealed. Today they said the suspension is upheld due to egregious violations. I didn't know the word, it seems to mean flagrant, extremely bad, or intentional breaches of rules, laws, or ethical standards

This is already offensive. I provided my personal information to you, spent 30 minutes to provide everything, authorized my card for you to take money and then I get this.

For more context, I actually have an app in the Microsoft Store. I was trying to promote my own app. Approved app of a verified developer.

Today I tried chatting with them. Another wasted 30 minutes. The agent said that the decision is final and I will get more about the reasons on email.

Honestly, this is already calumny or defamation. In my country you can get sued for that. But I guess big corporations like Microsoft are above the law.

I wonder if I should wait for the cops, if my behavior is so egregious...

Anything I could do?

Microsoft Advertising and related Microsoft services can suspend or terminate accounts immediately if they believe there is a serious (“egregious”) violation of their terms or policies. When that happens, frontline support and chat agents typically cannot override or change the decision, and appeals may be denied with the suspension marked as final.

From the available policies, Microsoft may suspend or terminate access to accounts, balances, or advertising services if it believes terms have been violated, including:

    • Violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement (for example, malware, phishing, harmful activities, or spam-related behavior) for Microsoft accounts generally.
    • Violations of specific advertising and creative standards, such as prohibited or deceptive content, piracy, illegal drugs, weapons, pornography, or other disallowed categories in ads and landing pages.
    • Violations of program-specific agreements (for example, app promotion programs) where Microsoft believes terms, laws, or policies have been breached; in such cases Microsoft can immediately suspend use of advertising services and withhold payments.

In addition, for gift card and balance-related services, Microsoft explicitly reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to an account or balance if it believes the terms have been violated, and to withhold balances to cover damages.

Given that support has already confirmed the decision as final and an appeal has been denied, there is no documented escalation path in the provided material beyond:

    1. Waiting for and reviewing the detailed email that Microsoft Advertising has indicated will explain the reasons for the suspension.
    2. Ensuring that any future accounts, creatives, and apps comply fully with Microsoft’s service agreements, advertising policies, and prohibited-content rules before attempting to use Microsoft Advertising again.

The documentation does not describe any further internal appeal mechanism once a suspension is marked final, nor any process for overturning a decision labeled as based on “egregious” violations.
