    1

Remove the USB from your PC.

Boot your PC into BIOS, then find the option to restore BIOS defaults and apply that.

Then go to the Boot Priority list and ensure 'Windows Boot Manager' is set as the default device.

Save those settings and restart your PC to see if Windows boots correctly.

    2

If not, are you able to force your PC into the Recovery Environment using these steps.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Use installation or recovery media and adjust the boot order so the PC can start from the USB, then repair or reinstall Windows.

    1. Power off the PC completely.
    2. Insert the Windows 11 USB installation media into a USB port.
    3. Power on the PC and immediately press the key shown on screen to open the boot menu (often F12) or BIOS/UEFI setup (commonly F2, F10, ESC, or DEL).
    4. In the one‑time boot menu, select the USB drive and press Enter. If the USB does not appear, go into BIOS/UEFI setup instead:
      • Find the Boot / Boot Order / Boot Options tab.
      • Move the USB drive (may be listed as “Removable Device” or by brand name) to the top of the boot order.
      • Save changes (usually F10) and allow the PC to restart with the USB connected.
    5. If the PC still does not detect the USB, try a different USB port and repeat the steps above.
    6. Once the PC successfully boots from the USB, use the Windows setup environment to:
      • First try Startup Repair from the recovery options to fix boot issues.
      • If Startup Repair and other recovery options do not work, use the same USB to perform a full reinstall of Windows.

If no USB or recovery media is available, create Windows 11 installation media on another working PC, then repeat the steps above to boot from that USB and repair or reinstall.
