I paid the subscription of INR 176.66 for 30.03.2026 as per the given payment due link and the amount as per the automatic billing by MS365, yet INR 0.06 is shown as pending! this is showing my subscription payment as unpaid and despite many many attempts I am unable to pay INR 0.06

    Hello SACHIN

So based on your description, it sounds like your tenant access is currently blocked due to the past‑due balance, is that correct?

Please keep in mind that this is a user‑to‑user community, so we don’t have the backend tools required to adjust billing ledgers or manually re‑enable a suspended subscription from our side.

If you are the Global Administrator of the affected tenant, I would recommend contacting Microsoft Support directly by phone using the numbers listed here: Customer service phone numbers – Microsoft Support Once connected with an agent, please explain the billing situation you encountered.

If contacting support by phone is not successful, another possible workaround is to create a new Microsoft 365 trial tenant using the following link: Microsoft 365 Business Basic | Microsoft 365. After creating the trial tenant, you will be able to access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and raise a support ticket from there.

Assuming that you have already created an account after registering a free trial and you can go to Microsoft 365 admin center and click "Help & support" icon to raise your ticket. During this process, please make sure to turn off the Support Assistant.

When submitting the ticket, please clearly mention that you are raising this request on behalf of an affected tenant to which you currently do not have access. The support team can then assist in creating a support request under the impacted tenant and route it to the appropriate billing team for further investigation.

Please also note that the trial subscription is valid for 30 days. Before it expires, remember to cancel it in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to avoid any unexpected charges. You can follow this guide for instructions: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to share any updates once the issue is resolved, or send me the support ticket number via private message if you would like assistance tracking the progress.
