Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 11
Hi!
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Can I get a bit more information about your issue, are we talking a lost password on or difficulty with your email account with AT&T using MS Edge? I suggest to use another browser and login again since if your issue is with username or password related to your AT&T account, then you need to call their support and have your account checked.
The error indicates a problem with the AT&T login site, not with the Microsoft account system. However, similar sign-in issues can often be worked around using standard browser and account-recovery steps.
Try the following in Microsoft Edge on Windows 11:
Settings and more (…) → New InPrivate window and try signing in to att.com again.Settings → Privacy, search, and services → under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files. If none of the above works, contact AT&T customer support directly and provide the exact error text and when it occurs; only AT&T can fix issues with oidc.idp.clogin.att.com or recover that specific account.
