LinkedIn Premium not received after Microsoft 365 student activation

Hello,

I activated the Microsoft 365 Premium student offer on February 28, 2026 using my Microsoft account and my academic email .

My Microsoft 365 subscription is active.

However, I have not received any LinkedIn Premium Career activation email or link after more 30 days. I have checked all folders (Spam, Junk, Promotions).

I would like to confirm:

  • Is LinkedIn Premium included for all eligible students in this offer?
  • Is it possible that some university domains or regions are not eligible?
  • Has anyone experienced this delay and eventually received the activation?

Thank you.

LinkedIn Premium is not documented in the provided context as a standard entitlement of Microsoft 365 Education or Microsoft 365 student offers, so it cannot be confirmed from this content that all eligible students receive LinkedIn Premium, nor which regions or universities are included or excluded.

From a similar Microsoft Q&A case in the context, one user who did not initially see the LinkedIn Premium email later found that the activation email had arrived but was only visible when checking the same mailbox from a different device (desktop instead of mobile). In that case, the issue was with how the mail client surfaced the message, not with the offer itself.

Given the information available here, the only concrete, supported next step is to contact Microsoft support for subscription/benefit issues and have the account and promotion checked directly.

    To proceed:

    1. Confirm that the Microsoft 365 Education subscription is active and correctly associated with the academic email.
    2. Check the mailbox again from a different client (for example, webmail on a desktop browser) in all folders, including any focused/other or categories.
    3. If the LinkedIn Premium email is still not visible, contact support using the Microsoft 365 or account/subscription support channels in the references below and provide:
      • The date the Microsoft 365 student offer was activated.
      • The academic email domain used.
      • Confirmation that the subscription is active and that all mail folders have been checked.

Questions about whether a specific university domain, region, or promotion configuration is eligible, and whether a delayed LinkedIn Premium entitlement will still be honored, must be handled by support on a case-by-case basis.
