Microsoft Ads Suspended Post-Verification + Ongoing Bing Webmaster Indexing Issues

For the past year, my domain has faced persistent indexation challenges within Bing Webmaster Tools. In an effort to resolve my visibility issues, I opened a Microsoft Advertising account. Although my identity and business documentation were successfully verified, the account was suspended within two hours of activation. A subsequent appeal was rejected. I have since consulted with the Support team, who performed an initial assessment and noted that my website is compliant with Microsoft’s terms. I am seeking a secondary manual review to reconcile the discrepancy between my site’s compliance and the automated suspension.
