Tickets or direct account actions cannot be created. Only Microsoft’s official self-service and support flows can recover or secure a hacked Microsoft/Outlook.com account.
Follow these steps instead:
- Use the official Sign-in Helper / hacked-account troubleshooter
- Go to the Sign-in Helper: Open the Sign-in Helper for support options or hacked account issues.
- Enter the hacked Microsoft account address (for example, the one ending in
@jerkoffmail.com) or phone number. - The tool will either:
- Show self-help steps, or
- Offer options to contact support (chat/call) depending on region and account type.
- Run through the hacked/compromised-account recovery guide
- Use the official guide: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
- Step 1: On every PC where that account was used, run an up-to-date antivirus and a full scan (Windows Defender on Windows 10/11 or other AV). Do this before changing any passwords.
- Step 2: After devices are clean, sign in (if possible) and change the Microsoft account password to a strong, unique one. If sign-in is no longer possible, use the password reset flow from the same article.
- Step 3: Once access is restored, review account settings that attackers often change:
- Connected accounts
- Forwarding
- Automatic replies Remove anything you don’t recognize.
- If the hacker changed security info and recovery keeps failing
- Fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery form: https://account.live.com/acsr (also linked from the hacked-account article).
- Use a device and location normally used with this account.
- Provide as many accurate details as possible (old passwords, subject lines, contacts, purchase info, etc.).
- If no result is received, submit again from a different browser/device/network as suggested in the Q&A references.
- If the recovery form is repeatedly rejected and the attacker has fully replaced the security info, there is no other supported method to regain access; Microsoft Support cannot override the automated recovery in that case.
- If Outlook.com is blocked instead of hacked
- If the Outlook.com mailbox is just blocked due to unusual activity, use the unblock flow: Unblock my Outlook.com account and start from the Sign-in Helper button there.
- Protect the Outlook.com email going forward
- After recovery, follow the security guidance in Help protect your Outlook.com email account:
- Be cautious with suspicious emails and links.
- Watch the yellow/red safety bars and trusted sender icon.
- Enable additional security features such as two-step verification from the Microsoft account security page.
- After recovery, follow the security guidance in Help protect your Outlook.com email account:
These official tools and guides are the only supported way to recover and secure a hacked Microsoft/Outlook.com account; all evidence (codes, screenshots, old email addresses) should be provided directly in the recovery form or to support via the Sign-in Helper flow.
