Additional meeting and call-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for business
Dear @Ricco,
To ensure I understand your request correctly and to support you as effectively as possible, I need more specific information from you:
- Have you update Teams recently?
- Do your colleagues have same issue as you?
Here are some information about Teams call logs:
- Teams Call History shows only 1:1 and group calls. Calls that happened as part of meetings (scheduled meetings / Meet now / calendar-based joins) are not included in Call History. If most of your calls in that period were actually “meeting joins”, the history will look like a big gap.
- There is a known Teams client limitation: it only renders ~120 call log entries (40 per page × 3 pages). So if you have heavy calling activity, the UI may only show a slice of history and appear “spotty” or like it skips months.
- Teams allows users to hide entries: “Remove from view” removes the call from view on all your devices. Admins can still retrieve call data for removed calls. If calls were removed during that period (intentionally or accidentally), they will not show up in your personal history list. - If you are a delegate (or someone is a delegate for you), calls made/received on behalf of a delegator can show under a Delegator/Delegation area rather than the normal call list.
To confirm whether the calls still exist in the backend, kindly contact your IT Admin to compare your Teams client view with the Teams Admin Center call history. If the calls appear there, it is a client display issue rather than missing data. How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
