I've already paid but it says i must buy again

I have paid $32.30 on 11-15-25 for the yearly subscription of CoolFileViewer now called Yearly which is good to 11-16-26 but it says I need to buy a subscription. What am I doing wrong. My order is # 6e98a9ca-3d7a-4503-91f1-6651baeb1883.
