Need invoice for purchase of surface pro

Hi I just purchased a microsoft surface pro online and I need an invoice. How can I get an invoice? I tried calling the help line and the sales line to buy it but neither was a success. Thanks

    If the Surface Pro was purchased from the Microsoft Store online, and the invoice is still missing after several days, that’s when you reach out to Support. Web chat is usually more effective with billing documents. In that case:

    1. Visit Contact Us - Microsoft Support > Sign in 
    2. Type in your problem > click Get Help to make request 
    3. Scroll to the bottom and click Contact Support to connect to agent
    4. Select category again > click Next and you should be added to a chat queue
    5. Provide the order number, purchase date, and the email address used for purchase.

    Note: The support contact team only works at certain times, so if the last window shows that it's unavailable, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. This way, they can call you and help you.

    For a Surface Pro bought from Microsoft Store online, the invoice is downloaded from the Microsoft account used for the purchase.
