Forever Stamp advertising under Microsoft Header

I see ads from Forever Stamps that sell 100 USPS stamps for 15.00. Current USPS stamps are .78 each or for 100, would be 78.00. My AVG says that this is a fraudulent site. Usually when it is too good to be true, it usually is. Why is Microsoft allowing this scam site to be under the Microsoft header?

    Hello frank smith,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

Thank you for letting us know about the suspicious “Forever Stamps” advertisement. Microsoft works hard to block misleading or unsafe ads, but occasionally fraudulent advertisers slip through automated filters. Your report helps us remove them quickly.

You can report the ad directly to Microsoft using the steps below.

    1. Report the ad directly from Microsoft News

Most ads in Microsoft News include a small “…” (More) or “X” icon in the corner.

    1. Click the “…” or “X” on the ad
    2. Select Report this ad
    3. Choose Misleading or scam

    Submit the report

This sends the ad to Microsoft’s advertising review team.

    1. Use Microsoft’s official ad‑reporting form

If you want to report the scam website or provide more detail, you can use Microsoft’s online form:

    Microsoft Ad Complaint Form https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en/forms/policies/report-spam-form

    You can include:

    • The website URL the ad sent you to
    • A screenshot of the ad (optional)
    • A brief description of why you believe it is fraudulent

This goes directly to Microsoft’s Ads Safety & Policy team for investigation.

Why these ads sometimes appear? Fraudulent advertisers often:

    • Rotate domains to avoid detection
    • Mimic USPS branding
    • Submit ads that look legitimate at first glance

Microsoft removes these ads once identified, and user reports are a key part of that process.

Thank you for reporting this! Your vigilance helps keep Microsoft News safer for everyone. If you see any other suspicious ads, feel free to report them using the same steps.

Our support teams are happy to discuss your account in more detail via phone, chat or email to provide review assistance, please see our support page to reach out!

I hope the information provided here will at least partly answer your question.  If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support. I have also sent you a private message asking for further details. You are more than welcome to respond to me so I can investigate the matter on my end.
