Thank you for reaching out. For security and privacy reasons, subscription, license, renewal, and payment information for a tenant can’t be reviewed or confirmed in a public forum, and moderators or community members don’t have visibility into individual tenant billing details.
If you have Global Administrator or Billing Administrator access, you can verify all of the requested information directly in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Billing section, as suggested by the Q&A assist.
If you no longer have admin access or require an official confirmation, you’ll need to contact Microsoft Business Support so they can verify ownership and assist securely with billing and subscription details. Community forums are not able to escalate or access tenant billing data on your behalf.
