it started 2 days back i.e. 25th of march when i tried to plugin the Headset's wire to the CPU after removing the speakers cable. If anyone can help then please help me out.

Does the headset have a standard audio connector (Jack connector) or a USB connector?
Also, share a screenshot of your system information.
msinfo32 and press Enter.Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

If the headset works on another device but not on this PC even after these steps, the PC’s audio jack or audio hardware/driver is likely the issue and may need manufacturer support or repair.
