Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.
Then perform a clean boot and uninstall applications that you do not use if you want.
Create a restore point in the Start menu > Settings > System > About > System Protection > Create.
If the option appears (if you are using the option to automatically hide the taskbar), you can use Rude to fix it.
Well apparently this is a bug, many users are having the problem, you can fix it using third party software, currently there is no confirmation that the taskbar will remain in the background
