I would like to use this feature for my Office 365 account, I am on verison 16.107.1 outlook for Mac.

The option is simply missing in my settings menu.

It worked on my previous Mac for the very same account, same organisation, just a week ago.

Regards, Julia

    Hi @Riedl, Julia

Based on the information you provided, I understand that the Undo Send/Delay (Scheduled Send) options are currently missing from your Outlook for Mac settings on version 16.107.1, even though this feature was available on your previous Mac using the same Office 365 account and the same organization just a week ago.

On my side, I’m currently testing in an environment running Outlook for Mac version 16.107.2, and as shown in the screenshot below, both Undo Option and Scheduled Send options are still visible and available in the settings.

To help investigate this further, could you please share some additional details with me via private message?

    Specifically, I’d like to ask:

    • On your previous Mac, is the Undo Send / Delay Send feature still working as of now?
    • On your previous Mac, what is the version of New Outlook?
    • If possible, could you provide a screenshot from your previous Mac environment showing where the option is visible?

This information will help us better understand whether the behavior is related to a specific Outlook build, device-level configuration, or feature rollout difference.
