- Sign in to the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) portal at the MSLE Portal using the same account used to complete the Elevate Educator – Explorer requirements.
- Select Help (top of the portal) to create a support ticket.
- In the ticket, include:
- Microsoft Learn ID: FELISTAWANJIRUKIBUII-4902
- That all required achievements, including “Elevate Educator – Explorer (General)” learning path, are completed.
- That the application still shows the learning path as missing after more than 48 hours and multiple reapplications.
- Submit the ticket and wait for the support team to review and update the application status.
If there are any sign-in or verification issues with the educator profile or institutional domain, also mention them in the same ticket so they can be checked at the same time.
