Hello,

I have completed all required achievements for the Microsoft Elevate Educator – Explorer application, including the “Elevate Educator – Explorer (General)” learning path.

However, my application status still shows it as missing, even after waiting more than 48 hours and trying to reapply multiple times.

My Microsoft

Please help verify and update my application status.

Thank you.

The application status issue cannot be fixed directly in the portal and requires support intervention.

Based on the available guidance, the next step is to open a support ticket so the program team can review the Microsoft Learn profile and manually correct the application status:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) portal at the MSLE Portal using the same account used to complete the Elevate Educator – Explorer requirements.
    2. Select Help (top of the portal) to create a support ticket.
    3. In the ticket, include:
      • Microsoft Learn ID: FELISTAWANJIRUKIBUII-4902
      • That all required achievements, including “Elevate Educator – Explorer (General)” learning path, are completed.
      • That the application still shows the learning path as missing after more than 48 hours and multiple reapplications.
    4. Submit the ticket and wait for the support team to review and update the application status.

If there are any sign-in or verification issues with the educator profile or institutional domain, also mention them in the same ticket so they can be checked at the same time.
