How to update Microsoft copyright footer on Teams booking page?

After reviewing your concern, I understand that you want to edit a 2023 Microsoft copyright footer. 

According to the provided screenshot, that footer (“Powered by Microsoft Bookings — © 2023 Microsoft”) is part of the Microsoft‑hosted Bookings page. Microsoft lets you change logo, theme colors, language/time‑zone, access controls, etc., but the footer itself isn’t an editable setting in Bookings. 

I understand that changing the footer might be more effective for your task operation. However, as a moderator we are unable to make changes to the product as it aligns with the product design. In this case, I recommend you raise your feedback for the Bookings product team so that they can consider future changes. 

How to submit your feedback 

1. Visit the Microsoft Feedback Portal: Bookings · Community 
2. Select Send feedback. 
3. Provide a clear description, for example:  "Provide option to edit Microsoft-hosted footer for Bookings page” 

If you decide to post your suggestion, feel free to share the link here: I'll be happy to vote for it, and other users who need this feature will be able to support it as well. 

As moderators, we can't change Booking’s roadmap ourselves, but we're always here to clarify current features and direct you to the right channels to submit your suggestions.

The Microsoft copyright footer on the Microsoft Bookings booking page is part of the built‑in page chrome and cannot be edited or updated by admins. Customization options for the booking page are limited to scheduling policies, email notifications, staff selection, and basic visual branding (logo and color theme); the Microsoft copyright text itself is not configurable.

If the year appears out of date, it will be updated by Microsoft as part of the service and not through any tenant or user setting.
