按照AI回答的指引尝试把新建笔记本在桌面版打开时,弹出了报错窗口(如图)
Onenote for windows 10 displays "Cannot open this section" for notebooks other than My Notebook, but online onedrive and online onenote can open these notebooks and their contents.
中文版:
标题:Onenote for windows 10对“我的笔记本”之外的笔记本显示“无法打开此分区”,但在线onedrive和在线onenote都可以打开这些笔记本及其中的内容
背景信息:安卓版onenote、在线onenote(从onedrive跳转或直接打开)都可以正常打开这些笔记。
English(translation app):
title:Onenote for windows 10 displays "Cannot open this section" for notebooks other than My Notebook, but online onedrive and online onenote can open these notebooks and their contents.
Background information: Android version of onenote and online onenote (jump from onedrive or open directly) can open these notes normally.
The computer was restored to factory settings two weeks ago, and this time I tried to download it from the online saved version of onedrive.
Tried:
- Select "Open Desktop Edition" on the online page of OneNote, and the desktop edition will show that there is no permission or the section has been deleted.
- Improve the network conditions during synchronization.

Q&A Assist2026-03-19T05:51:17.65+00:00 AI generated content. This question contains an answer created with AI from Q&A Assist. Learn moreThe issue is with OneNote for Windows 10 not being able to open or sync certain sections, while the same notebooks open correctly in OneNote for the web and on Android. Use the desktop OneNote app (not OneNote for Windows 10) to repair and move the affected sections into a new cloud notebook, then reopen that notebook in OneNote for Windows 10.
Follow these steps on a Windows PC:
- Install and open the latest OneNote desktop app
- Install the latest OneNote desktop app from https://www.onenote.com/download if it is not already installed.
- Create a new notebook on OneDrive
- In a browser, sign in to https://www.onedrive.com with the same account used in OneNote.
- On the OneDrive home page, select + New > OneNote notebook.
- Enter a name and select Create. The notebook opens in OneNote for the web.
- In the web notebook, choose Open in Desktop App so it opens in the OneNote desktop app.
- Open the problem sections in the desktop app
- In File Explorer, locate the standalone OneNote section files that correspond to the problematic content (for example, any downloaded or local section files).
- Right‑click each section file and choose Open with > OneNote (choose the desktop “OneNote” app, not “OneNote for Windows 10”).
- The sections appear under Opened Sections in the desktop app.
- Move or copy sections into the new cloud notebook
- In the desktop app, right‑click each opened section tab and select Move or Copy.
- In Move or Copy Section, select the new notebook created on OneDrive and choose Copy.
- Wait for the notebook to fully sync.
- Open the repaired notebook in OneNote for Windows 10
- In OneNote for Windows 10, open the same account and then open the new notebook from OneDrive.
- The sections that were previously failing should now open and sync normally.
After confirming everything is present and synced, the original standalone/local section files can be deleted from the PC if no longer needed.
