Unable to access Azure DevOps organization as administrator and cannot remove billing

Hello,

I am the owner of an Azure DevOps organization, but I am currently unable to access it with administrator permissions.

When I sign in, my account is recognized only as a Stakeholder. Because of this, I cannot access Organization Settings, manage users, or modify billing configuration.

The Azure DevOps organization is still linked to my Azure subscription and continues to generate charges. When I attempt to delete the organization resource from the Azure portal, the operation fails because billing is still configured and must be removed from within the organization settings.

Since I only have Stakeholder access, I cannot remove the billing link or delete the organization.

Could you please assist by either restoring administrator permissions to my account or detaching the Azure subscription billing from the organization so I can delete it?

If needed, I can provide the organization name and additional details upon request.

@Anmol R The backend team has removed the billing, Can you confirm that billing is removed and only issue remains is of login as Stakeholder.

Also, please confirm as you said it is ok to delete org rxxxxxxl and axxxxxi.
