I have a disc copy, currently used on my Windows 10 desktop, that I will need to be able to use when I change computers to Windows 11. It can only be loaded using the normal disc use. My question therefore is can this particular software be used with Windows 11. I am well aware Adobe provide a download method but it is expensive and restrictive for what I need it for. I dont know what tag I should use for this so I have just selected anything. Des E Gershon.

Adobe Photoshop Elements was released in 2016, it is indicated as fully compatible with Windows 10, and therefore, it should also work correctly with Windows 11, the only thing you can do is to install that software in Windows 11 and test if it works correctly, if not, try running the software in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows.
