    Hi niranjan,
Since the server is impacted by a Resource Health platform event and has remained unavailable for several days, the recommended mitigation is to restore the database to a new server.

Use Point-in-Time Restore (PITR) to restore the server to a new Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Flexible Server.

If cross-region backup is enabled, restore the server to another region.

If cross-region backup is not enabled, restore the server to a new server in the same region.

This recreates the database on new compute and storage infrastructure, which typically resolves issues caused by underlying platform failures.

If the current server is using the Burstable SKU, consider restoring or upgrading to the General Purpose SKU, which provides dedicated compute and better reliability for production workloads.
