    Dear @Marcus Chan,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization domain name in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.

Based on your description, you want to leave the organizations or channels on teams as guest but you can't find the option leave there.

Here are some steps you can refer to:

If you're using a personal account or email one-time passcode, you'll need to use a My Account URL that includes your tenant's name or tenant ID. For example:

    https://myaccount.microsoft.com?tenantId=contoso.onmicrosoft.com

Click to Organization on the left pane > Organizations > click leave organization

You might need to open this URL in a private browser session

If you're using a work or school account, ask your IT/admin of your organization: go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com > "My Groups" from the My Apps drop-down menu > Organizations > Find the organization you want to leave > click Leave.

It might take time for this change to reflect in Teams.

To stop seeing and using the guest organizations and use only a personal account, there are two places to leave: in Teams itself and (if needed) in the Microsoft account “Organizations” page.

    1. In Microsoft Teams (desktop or web)
      1. Open Microsoft Teams.
      2. Go to Settings and more (three dots) > Settings.
      3. Select Accounts and orgs.
      4. Under Accounts and orgs, find the Teams organization you want to leave.
      5. Select Leave next to that organization.
      6. A browser window for Teams on the web opens. Confirm by selecting Leave again.
      7. Wait a few hours, then sign out of Teams and sign back in. The organization should no longer appear. If it still appears, sign out and back in again after some time.
    2. In the Microsoft “My Account” portal (if the org still shows up)
      1. Go to the My Account page for the account used in Teams.
      2. Select Organizations (or Manage organizations) in the left navigation.
      3. Under Other organizations you collaborate with, find the organization and select Leave.
      4. Confirm Leave.
      5. If a message appears saying permission is needed to leave, contact that organization’s admin or privacy contact and ask them to remove the guest account.

    Notes:

    • A home organization (the one that owns a work/school account) cannot be left by the user; only an admin can remove that account.
    • Leaving a team or channel in Teams does not remove the guest account from the organization’s directory; only the organization’s Microsoft Entra admin can delete the guest account.
