Hi, I own a Media Company that publishes Spaceflight and Tech content i have worked with many Tech companies and i am currently working with the Camera company Pixboom,

I would like to reach out to Microsoft to ask if they would like to send out a Surface laptop for review and promotion, I have 1.3 Million followers on Tiktok and would love to check out a surface aswell as showcase it to my audience.

I have a script ready as-well.

If you could give me a direct contact or show me the right direction that would be awesome!

Hello Austin Smith, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Unfortunately, Microsoft Q&A is a user-to-user support forum, so we don't have access to Microsoft's marketing or partnership teams. There's also no publicly documented Surface content creator program or product seeding application process available.

The closest resource I could find is Microsoft Media Relations (Windows & Devices): https://news.microsoft.com/microsoft-public-relations-contacts/ - this appears to be the most relevant contact for partnership inquiries like yours.

While we can't assist with business partnership requests here, I hope this points you in the right direction.

Best of luck with your outreach!

Microsoft does not document a dedicated “Surface content creator program” for TikTok creators in the provided material, and no direct email or contact for device seeding is listed. However, there are a few official paths to reach Microsoft and Surface teams or related programs:

    1. Use official Surface support and contact channels
      • Start from the Surface help & learning page and use the available support/contact options to get routed to the appropriate team for partnership or marketing inquiries:
      • From there, options include:
        • Checking warranty or order status if already a customer.
        • Finding in‑person support locations.
        • Using “Ask the community” on Microsoft Q&A with the Surface tag to ask how to route a creator/marketing proposal: Ask the community.
    2. Engage via Microsoft for Startups (if the media company qualifies as a startup)
      • If the media company is an early‑stage startup building on Microsoft technologies, it may be possible to engage through Microsoft for Startups and then explore joint marketing opportunities:
        • Review the Microsoft for Startups PR Toolkit and blog to understand how other companies collaborate with Microsoft: PR Toolkit for Startups.
        • The PR Toolkit page includes an interest form for joint marketing opportunities (“Let’s Collaborate”) where startups can propose content and thought‑leadership collaborations with Microsoft. This is a formal way to present reach, audience, and proposed content.
    3. Use Microsoft Q&A and community routes
      • Post a concise, business‑focused question on Microsoft Q&A describing the media company, audience size, and intent (review/promotion of Surface devices) and ask which official channel handles influencer/content‑creator partnerships. Use appropriate tags (for example, Surface or Microsoft Advertising) so moderators or Microsoft staff can redirect to the right contact.
      • Guidance on how to ask a question on Microsoft Q&A is here: Q&A FAQ.
    4. General Microsoft support/contact
      • For non‑technical, business, or partnership questions, use the general Microsoft Support contact flows and request routing to marketing/partnership or Surface device teams:
        • Use the “Get Help” app or the web “Contact – Microsoft Support” entry point as described in similar Q&A answers, then choose the product category closest to Surface or Microsoft Store & billing and describe the request as a partnership/influencer inquiry so the agent can route it.

Because no direct influencer‑program email or form is listed in the context, the practical approach is:

    • Use Surface help & learning and Microsoft Support contact flows to reach a human agent and ask for the correct marketing/partnership channel.
    • If eligible as a startup, submit the joint marketing interest form from the Microsoft for Startups PR Toolkit to propose a collaboration.
    • Use Microsoft Q&A with Surface tags to request guidance from moderators or Microsoft staff on the correct contact for Surface creator partnerships.
