Hi Alex, thanks for your reply. see my answers below:

- Which Teams version are you using? (Please check from Settings > About Teams) 26072.519.4556.7438
- Does this happen in a Teams meeting (scheduled / channel meeting) or a call (group call)? both
- When presenting, are you sharing Screen, Window, or PowerPoint Live- screen as we often change between programs.
- If PowerPoint: are you using PowerPoint Live (sharing from Teams) or sharing your PowerPoint window/screen?
- About how many participants are in the meeting, and roughly how many have cameras turned on? 3 cameras on
- When the tiny window shows only one person, is that the active speaker? no its all 3 on the call
- In the meeting, when you click View, which options do you see (e.g., Gallery / Speaker / Together mode / Focus on content / Large gallery)? i see gallery, speaker, together mode
- Is “Focus on content” turned on (checked)? That view intentionally prioritizes shared content and can reduce visible participant tiles? no, its greyed out.
- While content is being shared, do you see View > More options > Show gallery at top? yes i see that but it doesn't do it. they are still in a separate box on the screen which i can't change the size of.
- Do you see Swap content with gallery behavior (clicking the participant gallery swaps people/content)? no i can't see that.
- below is the example of the tiny window i'm talking about.
